Planning a Visit.

Planning a Visit

Worship is the act of loving and responding to God! Through the heart-warming, conservative music and the clear, Bible teaching and preaching in our services, your heart will be inspired to love and to respond to God. Each week, families are strengthened, encouraged, and drawn closer to Him through these special times together. Each service is carefully planned and prayed over so that God may work in your life!

Where is Liberty located?

Our address is 431 E. Indiana Ave. Philadelphia, PA 19134.

What can I expect?

When you arrive, one of our greeters will meet direct you to the right classes and services. They can also answer other questions you might have. Adults attend our worship service where they enjoy the spirit filled worship service. Our worship services consist of beautiful, inspiring music from special groups as well as congregational singing. The music is always followed by a clear, helpful, and challenging Bible message from our Pastor or a guest speaker.

Also, there are Bible classes for all ages at 10:00 am. These classes are held in a smaller group setting where you are invited to meet people and receive a practical Bible lesson applicable to you. The best way to get to know people at Liberty Baptist Church is to visit one of these classes.

What about my kids?

Starting with loving nurseries, there is something special for every age child. At every service there are safe, clean, and highly staffed nurseries for children three years old and under. For children four years old through sixth grade there are fun, friendly, and Bible-centered classes. These classes are staffed with trained, friendly, and well-qualified teachers and helpers who will make church exciting and memorable for your child.

We have greeters and ushers located all around the building who would like to help you find the appropriate nurseries, classes, and services for every person in your family.

Should I Bring An Offering?

No. We don’t invite you to Liberty Baptist Church for your offering. We want our service to be a gift to you. We hope you will find in this place a warm family spirit, truth from God’s Word, and a place where you can grow in God’s grace. Please don’t feel any obligation to participate in the offering as a guest.

How should I dress?

There is not a dress code at Liberty Baptist Church for members or guests. Our ministry leaders and many of our church family dress in more traditional “Sunday” dress; however, our main goal is that you would feel welcome and comfortable during your visit at Liberty Baptist Church.

Any other questions?

If there is something we missed on this list, just give us a call, or ask someone when you arrive. Whether you are new to the area and looking for a church home, or if it has been a long time since you’ve attended church at all, we hope your first visit at Liberty Baptist will be awesome! We exist to serve you and your family, and we are looking forward to meeting you personally. We hope you will feel right at home from the very first moment you step onto our church! Let us know how we can serve you better, and we hope to meet you this Sunday.
